We provide proven sales development strategies and training programs to equip our clients with the processes needed to grow their contract sales.

We are seeking entrepreneurial minded and results-oriented Affiliate Sales Executives to join our team as independent contractors. As a commission-only sales professional, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing deals with construction supply companies across the United States. This is an excellent opportunity for entrepreneurial individuals with a strong sales acumen and a desire for uncapped earning potential. You will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and work from your home office.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Proactively identify and connect with target customers within the US construction supply industry through various outbound methods including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and other creative strategies.
  • Appointment Setting: Secure qualified meetings and consultations with key decision-makers.
  • Needs Analysis and Consultation: Conduct initial discovery calls and consultations to understand the specific challenges and revenue goals of potential clients.
  • Proposal Generation: Develop and present compelling proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition of ORS's services.
  • Closing Sales: Effectively negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline within the provided CRM system.
  • Adherence to Sales Process: Follow the established sales process, utilize provided scripts and frameworks, and leverage sales training to maximize effectiveness.

  • Dedicated Email Address: A professional ORS email address for your outreach.
  • Lucrative Commission Structure: A tiered commission system with significant earning potential based on your monthly recurring revenue (MRR) sold:
  • Criteria: $100 - $10,000 new MRR sold per month
  • Commission: 10% of monthly revenue (for the life of the account, up to 12 months)
  • Example: Closing a $4,500/month deal earns you $450/month.
  • Criteria: $10,001 – $20,000 new MRR sold per month
  • Commission: 15% of monthly revenue
  • Bonus: $500 cash bonus for crossing the $20,000 threshold
  • Example: Closing three $4,500/month deals earns you $2,025/month.
  • Criteria: $20,001+ new MRR sold per month
  • Commission: 20% of monthly revenue
  • Bonus: $1000 cash bonus once you hit or exceed $30,000 in new MRR in a single month OR hit $100,000 in total MRR closed over a quarter.
  • Example: Closing five $6,000/month deals earns you $6,000/month + $1,000 bonus.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in a commission-based role.
  • Experience in outbound sales activities (cold calling, LinkedIn, cold emailing, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of the sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
  • Access to your own computer and reliable internet connection.
  • Your own phone for business communication.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Experience selling to the construction industry is a strong advantage, but not required.

Compensation:

This is a commission-only independent contractor position. Your earnings are directly tied to your sales performance, offering unlimited earning potential based on the tiered commission structure outlined above.
