You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, conduct quarterly business reviews, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new business while managing a portfolio of key accounts.
• Prospect and qualify leads via cold calls, email outreach, and research tools.
• Act as the primary contact for major accounts, handling escalations when needed.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with client executives.
• Collaborate with internal account teams to ensure service excellence.
• Provide coaching and direction to team members.
• Monitor KPIs, oversee daily operations, and guide execution to ensure consistent results.
