System4 Facility Services is seeking an Account Executive in a hybrid capacity to manage and grow a portfolio of facility services clients in the Kansas City area.

The role focuses on prospecting new business, conducting site walkthroughs, and preparing tailored proposals to meet client needs. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in facility services, building maintenance, or related industries.
• Strong skills in client relationship management, including communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to conduct on-site assessments, understand facility operations, and translate client needs into service solutions.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits within the Kansas City Metropolitan Area.
• Highs school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
