Job summary

ONE SHOT AUTOMATION LLC is seeking an Account Executive in San Antonio, TX to grow our book of business through new client acquisitions and strong client relationships. You will assess client needs and connect them with applicable offerings, leveraging sales and negotiation skills.

The ideal candidate is highly organized with proven B2B sales success, excellent communication, and the ability to network and drive revenue in a growing industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Valid state insurance licensing
• Proven track record of B2B sales success
• Strong customer service or sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of insurance industry products and offerings
• Strong computer and technology skills

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new opportunities
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Seek out and participate in networking events and opportunities
• Monitor and report on key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
• Participate in continuing education and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends
• Review and verify client audits and maintain A/R and billing
• Manage administrative issues for Project Managers and Customers
