Klutch MFM is recruiting a results-driven sales professional to be the trusted local partner for Nashville area shippers. You’ll hunt for new B2B customers, present smarter shipping options, and close deals that build a growing book of business with recurring revenue and uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new B2B customers daily (calls, emails, LinkedIn, social media).
• Talk to owners and decision makers about current shipping practices.
• Show clients a better way using Unishippers’ platform and carrier mix.
• Build and own your book of business with recurring revenue and residuals.
• Manage relationships: check rates, resolve issues, keep customers happy.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close against competitors.
• Maintain a full pipeline and hit monthly activity and revenue targets.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Hunting for new B2B customers every day (calls, emails, LinkedIn, Social Media)
• Talking to business owners and decision makers about how they’re currently handling shipping
• Showing them a better way using Unishippers’ platforms and carrier mix (UPS, LTL, FTL, freight, etc.)
• Building and owning your book of business with recurring revenue and residual commission
• Managing relationships: checking rates, solving issues, and keeping customers happy and loyal
• Putting together proposals, negotiating deals, and closing business against local and national competitors
• Keeping a full pipeline and hitting activity and revenue targets month after month
