Job summary

Neva Recruiting is seeking an Account Executive in the Central Region to expand existing accounts and win new logos in enterprise SaaS for IT leaders. You will operate in a high-performance environment with uncapped commissions and accelerators.

The role targets multi-million revenue opportunities with a path to $1M in earnings for top performers, backed by a BDR and Account Manager to support your efforts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Enterprise SaaS sales to IT leaders.
• Proven ability to identify and close new logos.
• Experience closing at least one $1M deal in your career.
• Formal sales training (e.g., MEDDIC, Force Management).

Responsibilities

Our client, an Agentic AI powerhouse solving complex IT challenges is looking for several highly motivated AEs in the Central Region. Are you looking for a path to make $1M Dollars? Our client is looking for AEs who want to make $1M dollars and will reward for performance. Plan is uncapped with accelerators with a path to make $1M dollars. You have a set of Existing customers to expand while hunting new logos.

• Profile 7+ years "Enterprise" SaaS selling to IT leaders in Fortune 500 accounts


• Track record of identifying and closing new logos


• Technical profile selling SaaS to IT - for example cyber security, IT Operations, IT Intelligence, Analytics, Big Data or similar


• Experience closing at least one $1M dollar deal in your career


• Top 5% performer earnings in the $400K-$500K or greater range - highly desired


• Bachelor's degree


• Good Tenure in positions - no short stays


• Formal Sales Training e.g., MEDDIC, Force Management


• Board Room confidence with excellent communication skills

You have a BDR and Account Manager supporting you and your efforts. As expansion opportunities appear you step in and close.
