What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales of litigation support services, including Electronic Data Discovery and Managed Review, for your designated territory
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying new upselling opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales Management to align strategies and meet revenue targets
- Conduct sales calls, customer meetings, and presentations to engage potential clients
- Manage accounts for existing clients while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record of selling success within the litigation support/eDiscovery market, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Ability to showcase a sales brag book highlighting achievements in quotas and client satisfaction
- Strong connections and influence within the eDiscovery market
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical details clearly
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
