What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales of litigation support services, including Electronic Data Discovery and Managed Review
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying upsell opportunities within their businesses
- Collaborate with Sales Management to align sales strategies and meet revenue targets
- Conduct hunting activities to identify and engage potential new clients
- Manage existing client accounts and ensure high satisfaction ratings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record of sales success within the litigation support/eDiscovery market
- Ability to produce a sales brag book showcasing achievements and client satisfaction
- Strong networking and influencing skills within the eDiscovery market
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical details clearly
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
