What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Leverage knowledge and experience to enhance sales of litigation support services in your territory
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients while identifying opportunities for upselling
- Collaborate with Sales Management to align strategies and meet revenue targets
- Conduct outreach to potential clients and manage existing client relationships
- Coordinate project activities and billing with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record of sales success in the litigation support/eDiscovery market
- Ability to present a sales brag book showcasing achievements in quotas and client satisfaction
- Strong networking skills and connections within the eDiscovery market
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

- Experience with electronic data discovery, document hosting, and managed review services
- Advanced knowledge of sales strategies and client management in a technical environment
