Hitachi Energy USA Inc. is seeking an Account Leader to drive growth with a major hyperscale data center client. You will build executive relationships, lead account strategy, and coordinate across business units to deliver integrated energy solutions.

You will influence strategy, lead negotiations, and manage cross-functional teams while ensuring alignment with company goals. Remote work is possible, but based near Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in sales and account management.
• 5+ years in the energy/power sector selling similar solutions.
• 5+ years with data center clients, ideally hyperscalers.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~30%.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture executive-level relationships with a strategic data center customer.
• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive account strategy.
• Drive growth by aligning customer needs with Hitachi Energy's solutions.
• Coordinate across five business units to deliver integrated offerings.
• Act as the central point of contact for all customer interactions and escalations.
• Represent customer interests internally while supporting business unit goals.
• Mentor internal teams to ensure alignment and success.
• Lead strategic negotiations and manage complex projects.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and Hitachi policies.
