The role requires extensive experience in datacenter markets and transformer technologies, with travel up to 50% domestically and internationally. Remote work from the U.S. is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in engineering or related field with 10 years of experience.
• 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development or account management in datacenter and energy solutions.
• 5 years of experience with transformers technologies and integration into power distribution networks.
• Developing and executing strategic marketing and sales plans focused on profitability and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and drive innovative solutions globally utilizing engineering acumen.
• Set order and gross margin targets for the sales leadership team globally.
• Coach regional teams and support development of product specialists and R&D roadmap.
