Job summary

Crowley Recruiting, LLC represents a client seeking a Senior Field Operations Account Manager to own and grow a strategic semiconductor OEM account in the Phoenix area. You will lead a team of operations managers, drive initiatives, and ensure performance against KPIs across sites in North Phoenix and other locations.

The role requires 15+ years in management, 10+ years in semiconductor field operations, and a willingness to travel locally and domestically.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a management role.
• 10+ years in Senior Field Operations Account Management in the Semiconductor industry.
• Strong background in Semiconductor services and equipment.
• Willingness to travel locally and domestically; international travel may be required.
• Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external organizations.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary account owner for Strategic OEM Semiconductor customer in North Phoenix AZ.
• Lead and manage a team of Operations Managers supporting customer locations.
• Implement account management initiatives and mobilize internal resources.
• Report on KPI and metrics to Customer & internal leadership.
• Provide technical mentoring and leadership to Operations Management teams.
• Promote quality, safety and operational excellence across sites.
• Coordinate site meetings between business teams and customers.
• Plan actions to protect assets and ensure business continuity.

Job description

Our client is a national commercial services company that supports multiple industries mission-critical environments such as aviation, semiconductor, hospitals, education, sports venues, manufacturing, and many more. They are seeking an experienced Senior Field Operations Account Manage to manage and grow an international client in the semiconductor industry at their Northern Phoenix Arizona location. The impact of this position is to maintain current solutions onsite and to grow the account as the OEM client builds more cleanroom and office buildings on their 1100 acre manufacturing site.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as primary account owner for Strategic OEM Semiconductor customer account in North Phoenix AZ.
• Lead and manage a team of Operations Managers responsible for supporting business at customer locations and sites.
• Responsible for implementing account management initiatives and ensuring that the expertise and resources within the organization are available to support any agreed initiatives.
• Report on performance KPI’s and metrics to Customer & internal executive management.
• Provide Technical mentoring and leadership to Operations Management teams.
• Drive high standards to achieve quality, safety and operational excellence.
• Coordinate and participate in site meetings between the business teams and customers.
• Plan and take action to protect Company & Customer assets, reputation, and ensure business continuity.

Preferences:

• The ideal candidate will have 10+ years’ experience in a Senior Field Operations Account Management role within the Semiconductor industry.
• Bi-lingual in Mandarin & English or Chinese & English
• Previous people and customer management experience is required and candidates must be comfortable working in both remote and office-based environments
