  • Build a detailed understanding of each customer’s operations, projects, material needs, timelines, and service expectations.
  • Conduct regular customer follow-ups and account reviews to discuss open orders, upcoming requirements, project status, and potential concerns.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address issues before they affect project delivery or the overall business relationship.
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure customer questions, requests, and concerns are addressed accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain complete records of customer communication, account activity, project requirements, and follow-up actions.
Account Growth and Business Development
  • Identify opportunities to expand products, services, and project support within existing customer accounts.
  • Develop account plans that support customer retention, revenue growth, and long-term business partnerships.
  • Monitor customer projects, purchasing activity, and future requirements to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to develop account strategies and pursue new opportunities.
  • Support customer presentations, business reviews, proposal discussions, and other account-development activities.
  • Maintain awareness of semiconductor industry trends, customer investments, project activity, and competitive conditions.
  • Support new customer development and account transition activities as assigned.
Quotations, Pricing and Commercial Support
  • Coordinate the preparation and delivery of accurate customer quotations, proposals, and supporting documentation.
  • Obtain and evaluate vendor pricing, availability, lead times, technical information, and delivery options.
  • Work with Procurement, Finance, Operations, and leadership to develop competitive pricing while supporting company goals.
  • Review quotation details for accuracy, completeness, customer requirements, and commercial alignment before submission.

  • Provide customers and internal stakeholders with clear, timely updates regarding order status, material availability, delivery expectations, and project changes.
  • Partner with Project Management, Operations, Warehouse, Finance, and other departments to support successful project execution.
  • Assist with resolving order changes, shipment delays, material shortages, incorrect deliveries, pricing discrepancies, and documentation issues.
  • Escalate risks that could affect customer commitments, project schedules, costs, or account relationships.
  • Ensure internal teams have accurate customer requirements, documentation, and order information.
