Job summary

Tekion is seeking an experienced Account Development Representative to work with our Sales and Marketing teams. You will research target accounts, manage incoming leads, develop call strategies, and schedule meetings with automotive dealership decision-makers to drive opportunities.

You will be measured on KPI achievement and will build territory plans, prioritizing initial customer contact. Hybrid options exist near West Chester for a portion of duties, with remote USA eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail customer service, inside sales or business development.
• Proven track record of achieving lead generation quotas.
• Ability to drive the appointment process independently and creatively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts and manage incoming leads.
• Develop call strategies and follow-up processes for lead generation.
• Schedule meetings with decision-makers in automotive dealerships.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly KPI targets for appointments.
• Collaborate with Field Sales to transition opportunities.
