Marchex is seeking an Associate Account Executive for the Auto sector to bridge marketing and sales, developing relationships with automotive dealerships and generating new business opportunities through outbound calls and targeted outreach.

You'll qualify prospects, pass leads to the automotive sales team, and maintain CRM records while collaborating in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Remote work in the USA is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience required.
• At least 1 year of experience in an inside/outside sales environment preferred.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Experience in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to see tasks through to completion.
• Results driven and highly motivated self-starter with initiative.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, team-player attitude and flexibility in changing environments.
• Experience using Windows-based PC and CRM tools (Salesforce) with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Set up meetings and present Marchex products to potential clients via phone and email.
• Make outbound calls to prospects showing interest in Marchex offerings.
• Contact prospects in target accounts and determine fit with Marchex products.
• Qualify prospects by asking questions to assess potential match.
• Record prospect information in Salesforce.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Utilize marketing tools like Salesloft, Apollo and HubSpot.
