Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong customer service and client communication.

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle all orders from placement to delivery, including pricing verification, manufacturer follow-ups, and tracking through delivery.
• Under the direction of Sales Consultants, place and follow up on sample orders, project specifications, and client requests.
• Assist Sales Consultants as needed and provide backup client contact when unavailable.
• Work with Sales Consultants, internal e-commerce team, Clients, and Vendors to ensure proper website creation, ongoing customer service, and inventory management.
• Manage inventory by maintaining accurate quantities, setting up low-stock triggers, and coordinating with Sales Consultants for reorders.
• Monitor product sales and inventory, analyze trends, and determine product reorders and invoicing.
• Develop materials such as sales letters, PowerPoint presentations, and Word proposals for client presentations.
• Drive product research and maintain excellent customer service with clients.
• Manage fulfillment projects as needed.
• Coordinate with Billing/Accounts teams on client accounts, billing, and issues, ensuring client expectations are met.
• Deliver professional, friendly, and timely service to Clients and employees, resolving issues as needed.
