Job summary

Nadel, a global leader in branded merchandise, is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to partner with Sales Consultants to source, sell, and deliver custom products worldwide. You will collaborate with marketing and creative teams, manage multiple projects, and ensure orders move smoothly from placement to client delivery.

This in-office role in Phoenix will relocate to Chandler soon; candidates within commuting distance are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle all orders from placement to delivery, including pricing verification and tracking.
• Place and follow up on sample orders and client requests under the Sales Consultant.
• Assist Sales Consultants and provide backup client contact when unavailable.
• Collaborate with Sales Consultants, e-commerce, clients, and vendors to ensure website creation, service, and inventory management.
• Manage inventory and set up low-stock triggers with approvals for reorders.
• Analyze month-end sales and inventory data to identify trends and reorders.
• Prepare sales materials and proposals for client presentations.
• Drive product research and maintain excellent client communication.
• Coordinate with Billing and Accounts teams on invoices and client expectations.
