Responsibilities

• Handle all orders from placement to delivery, verify pricing and track status.
• Place and follow up on sample orders and project specifications as directed.
• Assist Sales Consultants and provide back-up client contact when needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper website creation, service and inventory management.
• Monitor inventory, trigger reorders and coordinate with sales for approvals.
• Analyze trends with month-end reports to guide product decisions.
• Develop sales materials and proposals for client presentations.
• Deliver friendly, timely service and resolve client issues promptly.
