Responsibilities

• Handle all orders from placement to delivery, including pricing verification and tracking.
• Place and follow up on sample orders and client requests.
• Assist Sales Consultants and provide backup client contact.
• Coordinate with e-commerce team, clients and vendors for website creation and inventory management.
• Manage inventory with low-stock alerts and reorders.
• Analyze month-end reports to identify trends and invoicing needs.
• Develop sales letters and proposals for presentation to clients.
• Drive product research.
• Maintain excellent customer service and communication with clients.
• Manage fulfillment projects and coordinate with billing.
