Responsibilities

• Handle orders from placement to delivery and verify pricing.
• Place and follow up on sample orders and client requests.
• Assist Sales Consultants and provide backup client contact when needed.
• Coordinate with e-commerce, clients, and vendors for website and inventory.
• Manage inventory, triggers for low stock, and reorder approvals.
• Analyze month-end reports to identify trends and reorders.
• Develop sales materials and proposals for clients.
