Job summary

Nadel, based in Rancho Cordova, CA, seeks an organized coordinator to partner with Sales Consultants to source, sell, and deliver custom products to clients worldwide. You will collaborate with marketing and creative teams, providing ideas and feedback, and you will manage multiple projects to meet tight deadlines.

You will handle orders from placement to delivery, coordinate samples, support the team, monitor inventory and billing, and develop client proposals and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Handle all orders from placement to delivery, including price verification and tracking.
• Place and follow up on sample orders, project specifications, and client requests.
• Support Sales Consultants and provide backup client contact when needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, e-commerce, Clients, and Vendors for websites and inventory management.
• Monitor inventory and set low-stock triggers; approve reorders.
• Analyze month-end sales and inventory trends to inform actions.
• Develop sales materials and proposals for client presentations.
• Drive product research and maintain excellent client communication.
• Manage fulfillment projects and coordinate with Billing/Accounts teams.
