Job summary

Nadel is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to partner with Sales Consultants, manage orders from placement through delivery, verify pricing, and track orders to ensure on-time shipment.

You will collaborate with the e-commerce team, clients, and vendors to ensure proper website creation, ongoing customer service, and inventory management while maintaining professionalism and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in Promotional Product industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders from placement to delivery, including pricing validation and tracking.
• Place and follow up on sample orders and client requests under guidance.
• Support Sales Consultants and coordinate with internal teams.
• Monitor inventory and assist with reorders and invoicing.
• Prepare sales materials and presentations for clients.
• Provide professional client service and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with billing and accounts teams on client accounts.
