RTX is seeking a Reasonable Accommodations Manager to lead a five-person team delivering end-to-end support for reasonable accommodations through a shared service model. You will drive operational excellence, partner with LOA Operations, Digital Technologies, and Facilities, and guide policy implementation while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and significant HR experience, including knowledge of ADA requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience, or 5+ years with an Advanced degree.
• 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in HR Operations capacity.
• Knowledge of the Americans with Disabilities Act qualifications.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the Reasonable Accommodations process from intake to resolution.
• Lead a 5-person team and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with LOA Operations, Digital Technologies, and Facilities teams.
• Analyze metrics to identify trends and process improvements.
• Provide guidance on policies related to Reasonable Accommodations.
