Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Accommodation Coordinator to guide employees through the accommodations process, ensuring accurate, compliant handling of requests under ADA and company policy. You will be a primary contact for claims administration, resolving inquiries with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.

You’ll navigate multiple HR systems, update the case management system, and escalate issues when needed to ensure timely, high-quality service for employees.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, related field; or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer responsiveness to communications from HR, COE staff and employees.
