Job summary

Integratedservice in Ohio seeks a referral services supervisor to ensure timely, accurate referrals and strong client communications. The role emphasizes leadership, policy oversight, and program development to support outcomes.

The position requires a master’s degree in social work or clinical counseling and active LISW/LPCC licensure in Ohio, with at least three years in healthcare or behavioral health and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree in social work or clinical counseling required.
Master's degree in social work or clinical counseling required.
Active LISW or LPCC license in Ohio required.

Responsibilities

Monitor timeliness, accuracy and follow-up of referral specialist.
Ensure quality and timeliness in written and verbal communication with clients and community partners.
Lead performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and team development, including progressive discipline when necessary.
Provide routine support to employees through conferences and problem analysis.
Lead agency-wide collaboration and innovation to support outcomes.
Oversee policies, procedures and processes.
Participate in outreach and follow-up calls as needed.
Maintain HIPAA compliance and mandated reporting requirements.
Use databases and EHR systems for client documentation.
Travel within designated service areas as needed.
