Qualifications

• Education and licensure requirements including LISW or LPCC in Ohio.
• Bachelor’s and Master’s in social work or clinical counseling are required.
• High school/GED required as a minimum credential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor timeliness, accuracy and follow-up of referral specialist.
• Ensure quality and timeliness in written and verbal communication with clients and partners.
• Provide supervision including performance management and onboarding of staff.
• Support employees through conferences and problem analysis to improve performance.
• Lead agency-wide collaboration and innovation to support outcomes.
• Oversee policies, procedures, and organizational processes.
• Participate in outreach and follow-up calls as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and mandated reporting.
• Use EHR and databases for client documentation.
• Travel within service areas as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
