Job summary

Integratedservice is seeking a qualified supervisor in Ohio to manage referral services and staff development. You will ensure HIPAA compliance, oversee EHR documentation, and coordinate outreach within service areas. A LISW or LPCC license is required along with a relevant master's degree.

Ideal candidates have 3 years in healthcare or behavioral health settings and strong communication skills to lead a team and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree in social work or clinical counseling is required.
• Master's degree in social work or clinical counseling is required.
• Active LISW or LPCC license in Ohio required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors timeliness, accuracy and follow-up of referral specialist.
• Ensures quality and timeliness in written and verbal communication with clients and community partners.
• Responsible for performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and team development, including progressive discipline when necessary.
• Provides routine support and assistance to employees through conferences and problem analysis.
• Leads agency-wide collaboration and innovation to support desired outcomes.
• Oversees organizational policies, procedures, and processes.
• Participates in outreach activities such as follow-up or reminder calls.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and mandated reporting requirements.
• Utilizes databases and EHR systems for accurate client documentation.
• Travel within designated service areas as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
