Responsibilities

• Monitors timeliness, accuracy and follow-up of referral specialist.
• Ensures quality and timeliness in written and verbal communication with clients and community partners.
• Responsible for performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and team development, including progressive discipline as needed.
• Provides routine support to employees through individual and group conferences, problem analysis, and improving support skills.
• Leads agency-wide collaboration and innovation to support desired outcomes.
• Oversees organizational policies, procedures, and processes.
• Performs outreach activities such as follow-up or reminder calls as necessary.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and mandated reporting requirements.
