Job summary

Integratedservice is seeking a referral specialist to monitor timeliness, accuracy, and follow-up of referrals, ensuring quality communication with clients and partners. The role requires leadership in performance management, onboarding, and staff development, with a focus on policy implementation and agency-wide collaboration.

Education includes a high school diploma plus a bachelor’s or master’s in social work or clinical counseling, and an active LISW or LPCC license in Ohio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in social work or clinical counseling required.
• Master's degree in social work or clinical counseling required.
• Active LISW or LPCC license in Ohio required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor timeliness, accuracy and follow-up of referral specialist.
• Ensure quality and timeliness in written and verbal communication with clients and community partners.
• Oversee performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and team development, including progressive discipline when necessary.
• Provide routine support and assistance to employees through conferences and problem analysis.
• Lead agency-wide collaboration and innovation to support outcomes.
• Implement and oversee organizational policies, procedures, and/or processes.
• Participate in outreach activities such as follow-up or reminder calls.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and mandated reporting requirements.
• Utilize databases and EHR systems for accurate client documentation.
• Travel within designated service areas as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
