Job summary

Integratedservice is seeking a referral coordination leader in Newark, OH. You will monitor timeliness and accuracy of referrals, and ensure clear communication with clients and partners to support health outcomes.

The role requires a LISW/LPCC license in Ohio and a strong background in healthcare or behavioral health, with experience in supervision and policy oversight. This position offers competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

A high school degree or GED is required.
Bachelor's degree in social work or clinical counseling is required.
Master's degree in social work or clinical counseling is required.
An active LISW or LPCC license in Ohio is required.

Responsibilities

Monitor timeliness, accuracy and follow-up of referrals.
Ensure quality and timely written and verbal communication with clients and partners.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding and team development, including progressive discipline when necessary.
Provide routine support to employees via individual and group conferences and problem analysis.
Lead agency-wide collaboration to support desired outcomes.
Implement and oversee organizational policies, procedures, and processes.
Travel within designated service areas as needed.
Maintain HIPAA compliance and mandated reporting requirements.
Utilize databases and Electronic Health Record systems for accurate client documentation.
All other duties as assigned.
