Responsibilities

• Register patients by collecting demographics and insurance information for registration and billing.
• Verify insurance benefits and collect patient financial responsibilities.
• Assist patients to nursing units and provide directions or mobility support as needed.
• Adhere to cash handling, policy compliance, and government payor requirements.
• Train and support peers as a resource when needed.
