Job summary

J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College is seeking an Access Services Manager for the Parham Campus Library. Under the Head Librarian, you will supervise all circulation functions for full-time and part-time staff and student assistants and produce routine statistical reports.

This nonexempt, full-time role coordinates technology lending, oversees materials processing, and supports equity-focused service and data-informed planning to maximize student success across Reynolds Libraries.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising campus library operations and staff.
• Ability to train and direct the work of others.
• Strong customer service with external and internal customers.
• Experience with an integrated library system.
• Knowledge of interlibrary loan and loan life cycle.
• Ability to locate information in print and electronic formats.
• Effective written and oral communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
