Job summary

Front Range Community College's Westminster Campus Library is seeking a Public and Access Services Librarian to oversee daily operations, lead access services, and coordinate reference, circulation, and interlibrary loan.

The role collaborates with the Westminster Campus Library Director, offers training to work-study students, and helps implement a new Integrated Library System while ensuring strong on-campus presence.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Library Science from an ALA-accredited program.
• 2–3 years of progressively responsible public services library experience.
• Strong communication skills, including presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service and reference.
• Oversee circulation operations and reserve management.
• Assist with training student employees and daily tasks.
• Analyze data trends and prepare monthly library reports.
• Manage interlibrary loan requests with OCLC WorldShare.
• Support ongoing ILS implementation and systems improvements.
