Job summary

Unlimited Technology, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to install, program, troubleshoot, and maintain Access Control and IP camera systems at client sites. You will communicate with the Field Supervisor and present a knowledgeable image to customers.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certifications in Lenel/Software House access control.
• Certifications in American Dynamics, Genetec, Exacq preferred.
• 3-5 years field installation experience in security.
• Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install and service Access Control and IP camera systems per drawings.
• Program, terminate and commission Access Control products and platforms.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting productivity.
• Complete job tickets and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with Project Manager or Field Supervisor and assist Level I technicians.
