Job summary

Unlimited Technology is seeking a Security Installation Technician to join our field team. You will install and program access control, IP cameras, and alarm systems at client sites, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with project managers and subcontractors.

You must be a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to travel up to 80%, and comply with safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or state-recognized equivalent required.
• Experience in field installation of security systems preferred.
• Certifications in Lenel/Software House, American Dynamics, Genetec or Exacq advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Install Access Control and IP camera systems per engineered drawings.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting productivity.
• Complete all required job tickets and paperwork.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment at all times.
• Communicate activity to Project Manager or Field Supervisor promptly.
• Install and program Alarm, Access Control, IP video systems.
