Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in customer service or patient relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, scheduling, and directing them through NMHC systems.
• Coordinate pre-authorization of diagnostic exams with referrals and insurers.
• Collect accurate patient demographics and ensure data integrity in registration systems.
• Train and support staff, and cover shifts as needed.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and improve service quality.
