Cognizant Consulting is seeking a Consulting Manager, ACBS Lending to translate business requirements into functional specs for commercial lending and loan servicing. You will collaborate with business users, technology teams, QA, vendors, and clients to deliver solutions.

You will lead requirements gathering, BRDs, FSDs, user stories, UAT support, and ACBS data mapping from legacy systems like AFS, ensuring alignment with compliance and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering, analyzing, and validating business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending and loan servicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements for commercial lending and loan servicing initiatives.
• Analyze current-state processes and translate business needs into clear specifications, flows, use cases, and system requirements.
• Develop BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; lead walkthroughs with stakeholders.
• Support UAT planning, test case validation, defect triage, and cross-functional coordination.
• Document ACBS data structures, screens, and loan accounting functionality; map legacy platforms like AFS to ACBS.
