Job summary

Cognizant Consulting is seeking a Consulting Manager, ACBS Lending in the United States. You will gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear specifications and solutions for commercial lending and loan servicing.

You will work with business users, technology teams, QA, external vendors, and clients to ensure alignment with objectives and timelines. You will also support ACBS-related initiatives, including documenting data structures, screens, and loan accounting

Qualifications

• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Strong understanding of commercial lending and loan servicing processes and systems.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, use cases, BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience facilitating requirement walkthroughs and collaborating across business, technology, QA, and external vendor teams.
• Experience supporting UAT planning, test case validation, and defect triage.
• Ability to analyze current-state processes and identify requirements for system or process improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience ensuring project deliverables align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and delivery timelines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements for commercial lending initiatives.
• Analyze current-state processes and translate needs into clear specifications, flows, and requirements.
• Develop BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; facilitate walkthroughs with stakeholders.
• Support UAT planning, test case validation, and defect triage; coordinate cross-functional work.
• Document ACBS data structures, screens, and loan accounting functionality; map legacy systems to ACBS.
