Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Consulting Manager, ACBS Lending to translate business requirements into functional specifications for commercial lending and loan servicing. You will collaborate with business users, technology teams, QA, vendors, and clients to deliver solutions that meet goals and compliance.

You will document BRDs and FSDs, support UAT, map ACBS data structures, and help align delivery timelines across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering, analyzing, and validating requirements.
• Deep knowledge of commercial lending and loan servicing processes.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, process flows, use cases, BRDs, FSDs, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate requirement walkthroughs across business, technology, QA, and vendors.
• Support UAT planning, test case validation, and defect triage.
• Analyze current-state processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ensure project deliverables align with objectives and compliance.
