Job summary
Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Consulting Manager, ACBS Lending, to drive requirements gathering and translate business needs into clear specifications for commercial lending and loan servicing initiatives. You will collaborate with business users, technology teams, QA, vendors, and clients to deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications
- Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Deep understanding of commercial lending and loan servicing processes and systems.
- Experience translating business requirements into BRDs, FSDs, process flows, and user stories.
- Experience facilitating requirement walkthroughs with cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting UAT planning, test case validation, and defect triage.
- Ability to analyze current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ensure deliverables align with objectives, compliance requirements, and timelines.
Responsibilities

- Translate requirements into clear functional specifications, BRDs, and user stories.
- Support UAT planning, test case validation, and defect triage.
- Coordinate with business users, technology teams, QA, external vendors, and clients.
