Job summary

Cognizant Consulting is seeking a Consulting Manager, ACBS Lending to gather and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for commercial lending and loan servicing. You will work with business users, technology teams, QA, vendors, and clients to deliver aligned solutions.

You will develop BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, support UAT planning and defect triage, and map ACBS data structures and legacy systems to ACBS to ensure smooth implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting requirements.
• Understanding of commercial lending and loan servicing processes.
• Translating requirements into BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitating requirement walkthroughs across teams.
• UAT planning and defect triage experience.
• Analyzing current-state processes for improvements.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
• Translate needs into BRDs, FSDs, and user stories.
• Develop acceptance criteria and conduct walkthroughs with stakeholders.
• Support UAT planning, test case validation, and defect triage.
