You will collaborate with business users, technology, QA, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.

The role emphasizes BRD/FSD development, user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT support, with a focus on ACBS-related initiatives and data structures mapping from legacy systems.

Qualifications

• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of commercial lending and loan servicing processes and systems.
• Experience translating requirements into BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to facilitate requirement walkthroughs and collaborate across business, technology, QA, and external vendor teams.
• Experience supporting UAT planning, test case validation, and defect triage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to gather and document requirements for lending initiatives.
