Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Consulting Manager, ACBS Lending, to translate business requirements into functional specifications supporting commercial lending and loan servicing. You will collaborate with business users, technology teams, QA, and vendors to deliver solutions.

Key responsibilities include documenting BRDs/FSDs, validating configurations, and supporting UAT and data mapping from legacy systems like AFS to ACBS.

Qualifications

• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating requirements (business, functional, non-functional).
• Deep understanding of commercial lending and loan servicing processes and systems.
• Experience translating requirements into BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience facilitating requirement walkthroughs across business, technology, QA, and external vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements for commercial lending and loan servicing initiatives.
• Translate current-state processes into clear specifications, process flows, use cases, and system requirements.
• Develop BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; lead walkthroughs with stakeholders.
• Support UAT planning, test case validation, defect triage, and cross-functional coordination.
