Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Consulting Manager, ACBS Lending, to drive gathering, analysis, and translation of business requirements for commercial lending and loan servicing platforms. You will craft BRDs, FSDs, and user stories while coordinating with business users, technology, QA, and external vendors.

You will map legacy systems to ACBS, validate configurations, and support UAT planning and defect triage to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and validating business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Deep understanding of commercial lending and loan servicing processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience facilitating requirement walkthroughs across business, technology, QA, and vendors.
• Support UAT planning, test case validation, and defect triage.
• Ability to map legacy lending systems like AFS to ACBS for data conversion or integration.
• Proven stakeholder management and clear written and verbal communication.
• Ensure deliverables align with compliance requirements and delivery timelines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to gather and document requirements for lending and loan servicing initiatives.
• Analyze current-state processes and translate needs into detailed specifications and process flows.
• Develop BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; lead walkthroughs with stakeholders.
• Support UAT planning, test case validation and defect triage; coordinate cross-team activities.
• Document ACBS data structures, screens, and loan accounting functionality; map legacy systems to ACBS.
