Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Consulting Manager, ACBS Lending, to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications supporting commercial lending and loan servicing processes. You will collaborate with business users, technology teams, QA, and external vendors to deliver aligned solutions.

The role requires experience in BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, with strong stakeholder management and UAT support

Qualifications

• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Strong understanding of commercial lending and loan servicing processes and systems.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience facilitating requirement walkthroughs and collaborating across business, technology, QA, and external vendor teams.
• Experience supporting UAT planning, test case validation, and defect triage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements for commercial lending and loan servicing initiatives.
• Translate needs into clear specifications, process flows, use cases, and system requirements.
• Develop BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and lead walkthroughs with stakeholders.
• Support UAT planning, test case validation, defect triage, and cross-functional coordination.
• Document ACBS data structures, screens, and loan accounting functionality; map legacy platforms to ACBS.
