Zusammenfassung

Cognizant Consulting is seeking a Consulting Manager, ACBS Lending to drive requirements gathering, translate business needs into actionable specifications, and support ACBS-related initiatives across lending and loan servicing domains. You will collaborate with business users, technology teams, QA, and vendors to deliver compliant, timely solutions.

You will lead UAT planning, validate test cases, coordinate cross-functional teams, and map legacy systems like AFS to ACBS.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements.
• Strong understanding of commercial lending and loan servicing processes and systems.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specs, BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience facilitating requirement walkthroughs and collaborating across business, tech, QA, and vendors.
• Experience supporting UAT planning, test case validation, and defect triage.
• Ability to analyze current-state processes and identify improvement requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience ensuring deliverables align with objectives and timelines.

• Develop BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and facilitate walkthroughs with stakeholders.
• Support UAT planning, test case validation, defect triage, and cross-functional coordination to ensure solutions align with goals and timelines.
• Support ACBS-related initiatives, including documenting data structures, screens, loan accounting functionality, and mapping legacy platforms to ACBS.
