Qualifications

• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings and assessments (Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• General work experience supervising multiple direct reports with performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs and communicate goals and objectives.
• Hire, train, mentor, assign duties, provide recognition, and promote a sense of belonging in the workplace.
