Walmart Inc. seeks an experienced leader to coordinate staffing, recruit and develop qualified associates, and oversee related activities across stores. The role emphasizes building relationships with stakeholders, promoting a culture of belonging, and maintaining high standards of integrity and compliance.

You will lead by example, drive talent development, and support plans to meet customer and business needs. Opportunities for growth and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college or 1 year retail experience plus 1 year supervisory experience or 2 years general work experience plus 1 year supervisory experience.
• Goal is to recruit, develop and supervise associates and ensure training and assessments are completed.
• Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports with performance management is preferred.

• Identify staffing needs and recruit qualified associates.
• Develop and mentor associates, assign duties, and provide recognition.
• Promote belonging and inclusive workplace culture; build accountability and measure progress.
• Ensure compliance with policies, ethics and integrity; support Open Door Policy.
