Job summary

Walmart Inc. seeks a leader to initiate, direct and participate in community outreach while coaching associates and managers to engage with customers and local groups. You will champion company programs, uphold policies, and supervise safe operations.

The role supports store leadership in achieving financial goals and driving continuous improvement. You will develop talent, provide feedback, and promote belonging while aligning with Walmart’s values and EDLP/EDLC practices.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises hourly associates and managers to deliver community outreach programs.
• Ensures compliance with policies, asset protection and safety controls.
• Drives financial performance by helping meet sales and profit goals and analyzing PL statements.
• Partners with stakeholders to support company programs and initiatives and promote a culture of belonging.
• Provides coaching, training, recognition and development opportunities for associates.
