Walmart, Inc. is seeking an Academy Coach to lead world-class training across Walmart facilities in Friendswood, TX.

You will design and deliver engaging learning experiences, coach leaders, and drive operational readiness while promoting a culture of learning and belonging. Partners with facility leadership to identify development opportunities, implement changes, and translate classroom learning into on-the-job performance.

Formación

• Successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training (if applying for a position in a store that sells firearms).
• State issued Certificate of Eligibility (if applying for a position in a store that sells ammunition).
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences that build associate capability and drive operational excellence across Walmart facilities.
• Facilitate training through instructor-led classroom training, virtual platforms, Academy Connect, VR, and other learning technologies.
• Partner with facility leaders to identify development opportunities, strengthen talent pipelines, and support succession planning.
• Coach and develop associates and leaders by providing actionable feedback, mentoring, and performance support.
• Conduct facility visits to ensure learning translates into operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support adoption of new processes and change initiatives through training, communication, and hands-on coaching.
